Incorrect Average Heart Rate and Moving Time data for multi-split activities

Hello everyone!

After the recent update Garmin Connect has been showing wrong data for the Average Heart Rates of multi-split activities. The numbers are significantly different from those stored in the History my device Garmin Forerunner 305. Previously, everything was ok.
I tried to troubleshoot this issue and found that the reason was in the wrong numbers of the Moving Time. This data seems to be completely corrupt. For some splits, mainly in the beginning of a jogging workout, the moving times are zero, though the distances are several kilometers! How can it be???

See the screenshot on http://prntscr.com/fq0ga6

As for Activity Average Heart Rate, it is calculated by taking weighted average of splits' average heart rates, moving time being used as a weight.
If the moving time is equal to zero for some splits, these splits are excluded from the calculation. As a result, Activity Average Heart Rate is incorrect.

Furthermore, I exported the activity data from Garmin Connect into TCX-file and uploaded it into the old Training Center application. Magically, all the numbers for the activity in the app were correct, matching the device data completely!

The worst thing is that the data is corrupt not only for the newly uploaded activities, but also for the old ones.

How to solve this issue?

Many thanks in advance,
Andrew
