screen font problem

After the 14.10 upgrade the GC reports screen has just question marks in the screen instead of normal characters. Does anybody have the same issue? How to solve it? Thanks.
The changes to Garmin Connect online were introduced when its version number went from 3.18.* to 3.19.*. From the screenshot you uploaded, it appears you're using the Google Chrome browser in Microsoft Windows, and the current version of Chrome is 59.0.*.
For what it's worth: no, I don't see the issue in either Chrome 58.* or Chrome 59.* running on my Windows‑10 laptop. I'm not sure how to manually set/change the page encoding settings in Chrome these days any more; it appears the Encoding menu has been removed several versions ago, and the browser will simply detect the encoding automatically. From what I'm seeing, Garmin Connect 3.19.* did not introduce any issues preventing proper detection of page encoding that weren't there in 3.18.*.
Thanks for the explanation. However, I am not sure the problem is related to the Chrome browser. I have exactly the same problem when using MS Edge. The root cause must be somewhere "deeper". Additionally, I have noticed one abnormality in the dashboard. The Activities window shows calories amount that is 3-4 times bigger than the number I can see in my Garmin Edge device. This "feature" is also relatively new and it started to work that way the same time when the Reports started to show corrupted symbols. Very different problems indeed but they both came the same time and that's why I assume the root cause is somewhere in the Garmin software.
Another test. Just for curiosity I opened the Progress Summary report in my office laptop that is a completely different Windows environment + Chrome Versioon 57.0.2987.110. The problem is exacly the same - question marks instead of readable letters.
