Garmin Connect not syncing

Over the past couple weeks, my devices have one by one stopped syncing . . .

I have Garmin Express 5.4.1.0

I have the following devices
Forerunner 310XT
Forerunner 910XT
Forerunner 15
eTrex 20x

First off, about 2 weeks ago, the F-15 stopped syncing, and I get a Windows error: "You need to format the disc in drive D: before you can use it."
Got a super WIN 10 patching last night, and now I see the Garmin Connect website has also been updated.
Today, the F-910XT stopped syncing.

Garmin Express still recognizes the 310XT and 910XT, but not the other two.

I just loaded the new Garmin Connect Mobile, no help there . . .

What do I need to do to get my devices syncing again?
