How do I manually enter times for a workout I created?

I created a track workout in the "Training->Workout" section.
I now want to add that workout to my activity stream and fill in the times for my intervals which I have saved on my Forerunner 10 as laps.

I don't want to import the information from the watch, but manually enter the times for my workout.

Is this possible?
  • Start and finish times only I'm afraid for manually created activities, at least directly into Garmin Connect. There will be tools and methods out on the inter web somewhere that you could possibly use, but these might not work anyway.

    Why would you not want to import the data from your FR10?
