I can't tell you how much I am distressed by your new system. I was happy with the old system and used it for almost a year.

I can't see my activities and your tech person was as frustrated as I.

It is so stupid to take a good system and totally ruin it.

I am now on my third Edge 1000. They have given me nothing but trouble.

Until today, I always thought that your tech support was the best. You have left your people up in the air and unable to help us.

Your management should be fired. They obviously don't know anything about running a company.

    The new version is rubbish!

    In activities I can see only 5 categories. Previously I could see everything! Time,distance,course,average speed,average pulse,maximum pulse,hight gain,height loss etc.....

    Give us the old version back and fire every idiot working with stupid updates! Obviously they are not runners themselves.

    Personal records gone with new 3.19 Garmin Connect

    Just having a look round the new GC interface and I noticed my personal records have gone. When I click on Trophy Case it's showing the 2 rides I did today as the farthest and greatest elevation gain. These rides were just to and from work - 7 miles each way and 176m elevation gain. The 40km record is not showing at all (I guess because I didn't ride 40km today). I haven't clicked the Confirm button to accept these. I may not be the greatest cyclist on the planet but I have ridden further than 7 miles and climbed more than 176m in a single ride! Can I have my records back please?

    Also, has the 'Quick Edit' option in the Activities page gone? I found that feature very useful.

  • yep, another annoyed customer

    What previously took 2 clicks now takes 5.... layout is very poor on ipad, and icons are confusing.

    I have to say, while there might be unseen technical advances in the background, the UX is a big step backwards.... did anyone user test on different devices, or ask for user opinion?

    Is this another case of users not involved in the build of something already successful? I am missing so much info now. To say I am irritated and disappointed is a tad understated.

    Come on Garmin. Your tech support is up there with the best. Sort this pronto please.

    underwhelmed, somewhat!
    The new interface has lost so much functionality it defies description. A five minute job of uploading an outdoor swim from the device I have that can measure that, an export, an import and then go to activities and bulk edit to change activity to outdoor swim is now not possible. So the site is not much use then, so the app on my phone is not much use then, so the watch is not much use then, why would I buy another? I won't will I. can you tell I've just come in from a training swim and I'm very tired?

    Agree totally. I like the new layout. Much easier to get around and cleaner look. Haven't had the time to fully check out the functionality but first looking at and editing activities was nice and easy.

    Firstly it is GARMIN. Learn how to spell.

    Secondly what's with all these 1-post users complaining all of a sudden. Where did you all come from?!

    Thirdly the update rocks. Spend more time using your devices to get better and less time complaining on forums.
