Create course from activity

Hello,

Since yesterday I can't create a course from an activity (which is already in Garmin Connect).
Whenever I click on "Save as a course" I get the error message :
"Sorry. The login service at myGarmin is down. You will not be able to use Garmin Connect right now."

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I gave it another try :
it works fine with some activities, with some not...
And all my activities were uploaded directly from my watch, not from a file.
Weird...

Thanks for your reply. To be precise : it's only my activity of last sunday.
Activities before and after this day don't have this issue.
And a friend of mine has exactly the same issue.
So maybe a GarminConnect problem this specific day...
