I have been connecting to GarminConnect for about 4 years. This week, I was told to change user code because it was not an email address (it was FredSavard). Now that I have made this change, I have no more data in GarminConnect! Help !
You must have inadvertently created a new account. In my case I always sign on with my user name and it works fine. From time to time I've been prompted to use an email address but I don't pay attention to that.
I have to believe it would work for you also. However, I see your user name on the forum has a 450 in between. Perhaps that's your new user name.
My point is that it's possible that you inadvertently created a duplicate username rather than just changing the one you had. Try logging in to Connect directly (not using Express)with your old username, your email address, and your new username. Your data is bound to be in one of those accounts. Once you find your data, make sure that Express is pointing to the correct account.
