This morning I went for a cycle ride. The summary of my ride appears to be correct: roughly 7minutes stationary time in 4 and a half hours. However, the graphs appear to show that I was cycling at a constant speed of about 2kph up one hill for about 1 hour! The time spent on the ride also shows about 5 and a half hours (not 4). Very frustratingly, this one hill was where I most wanted to see my time (which I was hoping would be perhaps even a PB). On Strava it shows my average speed up the hill as 2kph.
It so happens that I updated Garmin connect the night before the ride. Anyone any idea what the problem is. Also, how can I fix the record?
