Hope this is in the best spot but please see attached screenshot. I just started using my Fenix 3 HR and have setup a test workout in Garmin Connect online. So something that has a warm up, go, recover , repeat.
It works fine on the watch and after i save it, it shows up in Garmin Connect as a strength activity. You can then choose to add an exercise, time, rest, reps and weight but what about sets? Do you really have to enter each set individually and if so why no repeat button? Total time also get affected once you start entering this data.
Or am i entering it all wrong or missing something. Data in screen shot is an example but hopefully you get what i mean.
Any insight would be appreciated.
