Steps personal records wrong.

I have the following problem. My Connect profile is this one: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/profile/CatalinMares
While looking through one of my Connection's profile (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/profile/CozmaAndrei), sudenly my steps personal records (most steps in a day, in a week, longest goal streak) were replaced by his.
So now, although, for example, I made 34324 steps on 9th of May, my "Most steps in a day" section shows 25772 on 28/04/2017, exactly like the other account(CozmaAndrei).
Did this happen to anyone before?

Personal records wrong

I had the exact same thing happen to me this morning. I was looking at this profile. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/profile/kels1973 and now my records mimic hers.

Very weird. Needs to be fixed.

Issue still persists

I still show the inaccurate records copied from the other person. If I go to view a different user's records, their records then get copied to mine. Has anyone else had this issue. How do we escalate this to Garmin?

I have also the issue (but I dont know if copied from someone else):
Most Steps in a Day 14,951
Most Steps in a Week 21,834
Most Steps in a Month 572,611

Records /day and /week were OK until some time ago when they became smaller. Monthly is correct and obviously it is completely bugged 572611 in a month => 18471/day on AVERAGE.

How to escalate to Garmin ? I have no idea... There are also some other very odd bugs. The more time goes by , the more I think I made the wrong decision to go Garmin ...

Mine has been frozen for a while

My personal records numbers used to work well. However, a few months ago, I noticed that my "Most steps in a day/week/month" were all set to 9,777. Would really like to see the true numbers.
