Can I preset my running paces / intensity in Connect just one time? Rather than having to go into my workout every day and editing the workout to include the intensity such as pace between 09:30 to 09:40 for 10K pace? And then threshold pace at whatever it might be?
And then need to do it all over again for each workout?
Curious if there's somewhere in connect you can pre-enter these values so they automatically are in my connect training plans??
