Hello,
my first post. I use Garmin forerunner 230 with hrm. I like it, but i have a problem with the heart rate tab.
I would expect to see my heart rate , like the example shows:
I'm not familiar with all the features of the FR230, however the heart rate graph you expect to see is for 24/7 heart rate monitoring such as with VAHR, etc.. If the FR230 supports that, then you do indeed have a problem.
If it doesn't, then it explains what you actually see.
I have the chest hart rate monitor. And i can see my heart rate per run. If its normal i am not supposed to see anything it could be made more clear on the page.
Perhaps the description could be clearer but if you don't have a 24 hr feature, there is no way for the device to record 24 hr. This is what I see in my hr graph. It's summary results from my activities and it is a report - not a designed widget.
As pshare says, that will only show up if you have a device that does 24 hour heart rate monitoring, which the 230 does not (I have one). What you are seeing is normal.
The lack of any timeline information would be due to you not having Activity Tracking turned on.
