I can't login Connect by Garmin Express

In Garmin Express, I must input email as account when login Connect. If the input is not email address, request doesn't commit. But I registered my account in 2013 successfully, not using email. Currently I can login Connect in app or pc, but fail to login by Garmin Express. So I cannot synchronize data using Garmin express.

Any one has same issue?

Yes, I'm having the same issue. I had to reformat my computer and now I can't fully install Garmin Express because I can't get a proper log in screen to appear. I've had my account for several years and my latest watch for over a year. Right now I'm uploading my info daily, through my phone and I can still charge my battery with the cable, but until now, I always uploaded my daily info through my cable.
  • While the login screen asks for email address it accepts just the user name...well mine does anyway. Have you tried just entering your username as it is?

I get the screen that says to create an account or log in and I try to log in and then I get a screen with lots of typed text, starting with:

ERROR: locale parameter must be specified!!!

    Usage: https://sso.garmin.com/sso/embed?clientID

with a lot more lines of text. I tried also creating a new account and got this same page. I tried copying it to paste it here but can't copy. I also can't take a picture of the entire page because it is in a box smaller than my screen that requires lots of scrolling across and up to see the entire thing.

I'm going to call Garmin (that's the only way I've dealt with them in the past) but hadn't gotten around to it. The only reason I've been so patient is because I can still charge my watch and I can upload through my phone. If I couldn't do those two things, I'd not be so slow about getting this fixed.
