Does anyone know what 3rd parties app there are to import files into Garmin connect instead of doing it manually?

If you're trying to import from another online service, Tapiriik worked well for me.

If your overall goal is to transfer routes/course more easily to your Garmin from third party sites, you might find our dwMap and routeCourse Connect IQ apps and https://dynamic.watch service to be useful, skipping over Garmin Connect altogether.
