How to leave Step Challenge?

Every week I get an email and notification with my weekly Step Challenge results.

How do I shut it off?

On the challenges page it says "You have no active or future challenges."

Thanks, but I was wondering why I'm in the challenge to begin with? Especially when it says I'm not.

OK I just joined a challenge and then I get a link saying "Leave challenge" so I've done that and will see what happens next week...
