Incident Detection

Is that the Garmin Edge Explore 1000 or the Garmin Edge 1000 that you have? You can only do it with the former.

there is no function such as: "Turning Incident Detection On and Off
Select > System > Incident Detection"

I don't ride bicycles and I don't have access to an Edge Explore 1000 device to test, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.

i download the GARMIN CONNECT but i can't find any Incident Detection option.

Select > System > Incident Detection"

I don't think the feature was available on the Garmin Edge 1000, either back then or at all (including now).

As indicated by ASmugDill, the Edge 1000 does not have the Incident Detection feature. That feature was introduced after the Edge 1000 was on the market, and the Edge 1000 does not have the need internal hardware for that feature to work.
