How do i download route.

I,am new to this Garmin bike comp stuff.How do i down load a route? I,ve tried all i get is "Denied access to activity" I,ve been given the route details,but no luck.:(

If not then the the other person needs to make it public.

Having clicked the link in the upper right you will find that there is a cog. Click that and either select Save a Course (which then becomes one of your course that you can send to your device) or select Send to Device which will create a course that only exists on your device.

Incidentally, the link doesn't work for me.
