Fenix 3 with Stryd = no Connect IQ data/metrics

My girlfriend (GF) has a Stryd and me (BL) has one. GF has an Garmin Connect (GC) account and BL has one. GF and BL have both a Fenix 3 and both F3's are set up "identical". For verification purpose I set up a GC test-account (with default settings).

I uploaded the original .fit file from BL's Stryd to all three GC accounts:

GF: No Stryd data/metrics
BL: No Stryd data/metrics
TEST: No Stryd data/metrics

I uploaded the original .fit file from GF's Stryd to all three GC accounts:

GF: Yes, full Stryd data/metrics
BL: Yes, full Stryd data/metrics
TEST: Yes, full Stryd data/metrics

Device ID of the non-working F3: 3910339419
Device ID of the proper-working F3: 3911752971

There's definitely something going on with your particular device (further evidenced by your comments over here: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?366510-Erg-IQ&p=988334#post988334). Do you have FIT files from both devices that you can send along for us to take a look at? It sounds like you're just not getting any of the custom FIT fields in the recorded activities, and I want to take a look and see if there's anything that sticks out to me (please include files from both Stryd and the Erg IQ app).

You can send them directly to [EMAIL="[email protected]"][email protected][/EMAIL] and just put 'Attn: Brandon' in the subject so I can spot it when it comes in.

so, i have the same Problem with my Fenix 3 in other App and testing the same App here and have the same problem... no other IQ Data in Garmin Connect

german Support can't help, so i hope here is the answer "Brandon"?

@Mad1ock: I have your email here with the data you provided. I'll add what you have to the existing ticket because it sounds very similar to the issue reported by the OP.

any news about this problem?

i have reset the Fenix 3...
i have reinstall the software...
now i have the beta 8.34 on the watch...

but the problem have no end
