Garmin plots with No Y-axis

I'm a little puzzled with the plotting on the Garmin Connect webpage. Why are there no Y-axis labels on plots on the Intensity Minutes and for the Timeline (HR)? At least for the heart rate if you move the cursor you can determine the value.
