I have a forerunner 235 and the "Avg Stride Length" stat used to be presented under "Running Dynamics". This stat has disappeared in my latest run (run yesterday on 5/4). Is this a one-time blip or is this now a thing?
Same here: 2x FR235's, both missing Stride Length in Garmin Connect, since May 5th.
Contacted Garmin Helpdesk, to no avail: answer was that "Stride length had occurred to be inadequate and therefore removed from the watch" ...Yeah... so the watch can figure out cadence and distance, but not stride length?? And why is it that people here, with different watches than our 235's, are complaining about the same subject??....
Suppose it's a software bug from Garmin Connect - not firm/software from the watch itself.

Do you have a list of which models are affected and which one's aren't? Don't just assume it's affecting every model or even most models, as opposed to a minority.
Avg Stride Length is most certainly showing on my recent runs recorded on my FR630 (used in conjunction with a HRM4-Run chest strap with Running Dynamics support).
I have a FR235, but since I don't use it any more, right now I don't know if it's affected by this issue. Let's say I haven't seen any complaints about Avg Stride Length missing in the FR735XT and the FR935 sections of this forum.

No I don't have a list, and I don't just assume every model is affected. I just read this thread. Mentioned here are, beside the FR235, FR220, FR225, FR 230, FR35, FR620, VivosmartHR+.
I am having the same issue on my Forerunner 235 as Of May 4, 2017, with stride length not reposrting in Garmin Connect. This was after an update. I am now on Version 7.10. When can we expect a resolution?
We have recevied reports that some users are no longer seeing the Average Stride length in Garmin Connect. We are investigating this and will update this thread with any new information.
I lost the stride length data after my 5/3 run and before my 5/4 run on my 920XT.
I checked my "Connection" friends, and found that Fenix 5X, Vivoactive HR, and 202 are also missing the stride length data after 5/3.
However, my two friends with 920XT's are still OK after 5/3.
