Garmin Connect sending me old routes after editing

I'm having an issue with my Garmin 520. I have edited 2 routes on GC and tried to send them to my 520 both via USB and via the GC app on my Android phone.

In both cases I get sent the OLD route and not the new amended route. I need to use these files this weekend. Can any advise a fix.
