Connect timing of data 1 hour out

Hi,

Garmin Connect is receiving my data as 1 hour in the future, is currently 1:03pm here and when I sync my vivosmart HR, it has recorded steps for 2:03pm today. Also believes I started my first steps of the day at 10:53am, saying I woke up then, when I was up at 9:53am. When syncing, Connect does say 'Last Sync 1:03pm' so it partially appears to know the current time. just all my activity is occurring an hour in the future. Any help to readjust this? Have tried uninstalling the app, and re-pairing my vivosmart. App is up to date.
