The manual gives little to no information and I like to use it to track my workouts. But I am trying to figure out how to get the watch to track sets during the workout so that when i go to add the exercises and weights on connect site it does not add more time. This way as well it tracks the working time and not just total time. Is there a manual that better breaks down how to use the factory installed apps to their full potential, instead of me just fumbling around and hoping to figure it out? Thanks
