New phone: cannot sign in to connect: "Google social sign in is disabled"

Setting up a new phone tonight and I am unable to sign in to my garmin account which I stupidly setup with Google. It takes me to this page where it has text that says "Google Social Sign In is Disabled". The rest of the text is dark grey on a dark backgound and is unreadable. Website sign in from my laptop works fine. Any ideas?
