I saw yesterday that I am now able to add specific exercises to my daily (Strength) activities. Is there a means to copy these to future workouts as either a workout, training plan or just copy them as a whole into a new workout. Thanks, Dave
I too would like to know this, but I haven't received any response on my question I posted roughly a week ago. So it seems the information are very scarse and not a lot of people (at least not the ones looking in here) knows much about it.
Some how the time when back t o Jan 1 2016 so my new activities is basiclly behind the past activities so i dont see it lol. I set the time to auto, i think my device GPS is not working....
