Garmin Express on Computer

I use Windows 7 Professional (on my work computer) and I can download Garmin Express, but it won't recognize my Vivoactive. I have purchased 3 new USB chargers, and that did not help. Is there a glitch somewhere with Windows 7? I am frustrated. Just spent $50 on 2 genuine Garmin USB chargers, and it won't recognize either one. It says I don't have anything attached, and the computer tells me that it doesn't recognize the USB that I inserted.

I am super FRUSTRATED! Any ideas?

Take an eraser to the contacts on the bottom of the VA. It could be shielded by dried sweat or whatever.
Also, try jiggling the VA on the charger a bit.
