I noticed recently (don't know how long it's been there) that for the workouts that I do using the Strength-profile on my Fenix F3, there are now the fields Total Sets and Total Rep in Garmin Connect. When entering the details of my workout, I'm given the option to create the different exercises within my workout that I have done setting the weights I use etc.
Since I have created a workout in advance, I have been using the Other type since it's neither Running, Cycling or Swimming. But can I create a workout in advance that has the different exercises that I can post-add to my training?
