Sync failed on connect mobile app

Since the last update to Garmin connect mobile app I attempted to sync my Fenix 3 with the app to auto upload but it says sync failed. The watch is connected to the phone and I'm getting msg's and other linked connection to it but the activities don't transfer to my connect account, and therefore do not upload to training peaks etc...

Anyone else had this problem? It worked yesterday prior to the update.

  • I too have had sync fail issues recently and keep forcing sync until it finally completes
    Some info syncs like steps (from a run say) but activity and all associated data does not come through until sync is successful
