New VivoActive HR has been installing an update for 1-1/2 days - restart doesn't fix

Can someone help me figure out what to do?

Garmin Connect says the software is up to date. When I restart, it immediately goes back to a software update.

It worked fine for about a day and half and then started this update.

Any ideas?

    Under Settings, System, About, SW versions, and see if it has been updated to 3.50.

    Then look at the list of items to sync on Connect, The 2 arrows on the left side.

    After mine updated I changed Connect accounts it wanted to update again. But never did.

    I check the list of waiting updates and they where all language files. I deleted them from the sync request and no more problems.

    Thanks. According to connect I am up to date with updates but the device keeps saying installing update.

    I couldn't tell the software version. I appreciate your help.
