Garmin Connect Mobile> Fenix 3 sync issues

This morning I uploaded my run to Garmin Connect Mobile, which showed up but didn't sync with Strava. I then deleted the run on the Connect Mobile app and tried to re-sync again. After deleting the app, and pairing the phone with the app/watch again, it simply won't upload the run to Connect Mobile. I went and deleted all but the one activity off of my watch that I need to upload and it still won't. I can always pull the file from the watch later tonight, but I would like to find out why it won't allow the activity to sync.

Thoughts?

    I have not verified this, but from my experience Garmin uses a flag to indicate that the the device has been synced. I don't know if it does it by the time that it was last synced or on an activity by activity bases. But ones the device thinks that it has been synced it won't do it again.

    Thanks for the info, and that makes perfect sense. Wondering if there's a way to clear the cache in order to try it again.

    I wish I knew.

    To keep the biking data from my Edge500 and from my VAHR separate I setup a new account for the VAHR after using with the old account for 2 months. I would like to at least get the last weeks data into the new account.

    I did find text files int the Event Log that are updated with each sync and a new one started. I tried deleting them and no help.

    Not willing to try anything else.
