Hi, guys...
I'm having this issue for a while now. None of my devices won't sync with Bluetooth. Last time when I sync my data it woulnd't do it with BT, but I connected it with charger(usb) and I had older version of Garmin Connect. Last sync was 3 months ago and there is quite of data to be synced, I don't want to reset it to factory defaults cause that would probably delete all the data from my runs.
I can't upgrade my firmware cause apparently there is no such a option in this new Garmin Connect(installed yesterday), or I'm blind??
I did restart multiple times my watch, my phone and my laptop and the issue is with watch since everything else connects just fine. I found some topics from 2014 about it but the guys from Garmin said then they are working to resolve issue. I found lots of same questions, but no answer.
What can I do in this case?
