On occasion I need to be able to download the original .FIT file from Connect website. Until a few weeks ago, the cog icon always showed up on the mobile phone if I asked for desktop version when using Chrome for Android on my Nexus 5x.
Then a few weeks ago something changed and I only get that button if I ask for desktop version _and_ have portrait orientation.
Then last weekend I needed to use an iPhone instead, and I wasn't able to get than button regardless. Over a few days I tested
iPhone 4s
iPhone SE
iPhone 7
iPad mini
and for iOS only on the iPad mini did I ever get the cog to download.
Does anyone else have this problem?
