Fenix 3 says I walked 3366 steps today and 165.78mi, burning 16,560 calories

16560 extra calories showed up today for the first time in MyFitnessPal as a "calorie adjustment".
I would like to delete this erroneous information in both Connect and MyFitnessPal, but I can't find how.
Also Is there a fix for the bad data other than turning off Activity Tracking?
