Import Data in Garmin connect not possible

Hi,
i tried to import a gpx or a tcx file in garmin connect. But when i click on import nothing happens without any Error message or something like this.
Does anybody has the same problem ? The gpx file itself works because i can upload it in any other tools.

Yes - I have the same issue. Anyone have a solution-tried both formats but keep receiving error message. I can transfer directly into my Edge 1000 without issue - not into Garmin Connect.

Yes, I have the same issue - come on Garmin - please - I wanted to execute the route!

can you attach an example of the tcx or gpx file so that we can look at this further?
