When creating a course in the Garmin Connect web page I can see the elevation profile in the graph below, yet there's no total ascent value in the course summary. When the course is transferred to my Garmin Edge it shows the predicted total ascent on the device so why can't the Garmin Connect web application? I appreciate that it's an estimate, but some indication when plotting a course would be appreciated as it will influence the route.
