Differencies in average HR between fenix 2 and Garmin connect

In me bike sessions I can see a different data on my watch (fenix 2) and garmin connect (average HR)

For example, today avr HR on watch - 125, on Garmin connect - 129.

Such difference (3-4 bpm) every bike ride (run is OK).
other data is OK.

What is the reason?
