Importing .TCX into Garmin Connect Error

I have tried to import .tcx from Ride with GPX and .gpx file and get " an error occurred with your upload. Please try again". Anyone have help on this issue?

Importing course into Garmin Connect

Anyone having a problem importing courses from Map My Ride or other sources into Garmin Connect?

It doesnt like the file. I have had this for years. I use TCX Convertor to open and resave the file (I forget which options I choose) and this fixes it so that Garmin Connect can import it.
