All of sudden, I am unable to send workouts to the devices. Every time I click on "send to device" and select a device (520 or 920XT), a messages pops up and says "We were unable to process your request. Please try again later." The workouts are all saved in Garmin Connect. Help!
I have the same problem here, but in a wider scale:
On my wife's Garmin connect account with a Forerunner 310xt attached, I get the "Unable to send...." message when trying to send any manually created workouts to her watch.
This happens on both my stationary PC and laptop, so the problem is consistent through 2 PC's using her account.
Also,
On my account with a Forerunner 920xt attached, the situation is the same.
Again, problem happens with my account on both our PC's.
Both our watches syncs workout fine to Garmon Connect after ending a workout, so the communication to Garmin Connect is definitely there.
With my watch, the Forerunner 920xt, I'm able to transfer manually created workout by use of the Iphone Garmin Connect app using Bluetooth connection.
Situation is the same with Explorer and Firefox and started like 2 weeks ago.
Running Win 10 64bit and Garmin Express 5.4.0.0
So far I tried to re-install the Garmin Express software, but that dident change anything.
I suspect it to be a compatibility issue somewhere between Window 10 and the Garmin Express software, since I see it on 2 different computers on 2 different Garmin connect account with 2 different watches.
I seem to remember that Windows did a update close to when this started happening also.
