Garmin Connect dashboard totally blank

Hi

My Garmin Connect dashboard comes up completely blank. My devices are syncing their activities fine, and I can see through the iOS app and through Strava.

I have tried logging in through IE, Edge, Chrome, iOS Safari, and iOS Chrome all with the same result.

I am extremely frustrated as I just want to see what I can do with my brand new 735XT!!

Any ideas?

    Good morning Seilogramp, there is quite a large number of Garmin connect user who are pretty frustrated with responsiveness of Garmin support, issue is dragging along since weeks.

    Thanks for picking it up.

    Attached are two screenshots - "modern version" comes up blank as no dashboard can be found/ associated to my profile. It seems, Garmin would just have to "link" an empty dashboard back to our individual profile. In the "classic version", same issue. (no dashboard available, page is in German - error message says that page cannot be found).

    Does that make the issue clear?

    I have had that happen to me. Deleting the cache fixed it for me.

    I have exactly same issue more than 3 week. Already tired that I can not see anything in Garmin Connect (empty blue dashboard).

    Good morning BillHart461, thx for sharing your "fix" ... I did not help me. I have tried it on different computers (Mac, windows etc.), however, still get the same blue screen in all of the browsers. So, I believe it's a Garmin Connect issue - and I would be happy to get any meaningful feedback/ fix from Garmin.

    XML processing errors in the firefox browser's console

    The browser cache delete did not help me.

    I tried different browsers (Opera, Chrome, IE), but still blank dashboard (I see only the header, the footer and the menu on the left side - the menu does not work).
    I used the garmin connect in hungarian language. I tried to switch back to english but, it is possible only from dashboard - which is blank

    The firefox's console is full with different XML processing error messages when i am trying to open the garmin connect dashboard (and still blank screen).

    Help! Garmin Support! Help!

    I had the same issue for a few months now - dashboard only blue screen with the icons on the left. Those wouldn't expand either. Problem still persists:
    - Problem occurs on Chrome in both Windows and Linux. Clearing the chrome cache _sometimes_ solves the issue for one session. But no always
    - The site works with Firefox and IE (Win 7 and Win 10).

    No idea what's going on there, I just don't use my favorite browser for now...
  • Contacted Garnin support. They recommended to, in Windows settings, set the default browser to the one you use to go to GC. But a few days later the site worked for me even without that setting :) Black magic, apparently...
