Garmin Connect dashboard totally blank

Hi

My Garmin Connect dashboard comes up completely blank. My devices are syncing their activities fine, and I can see through the iOS app and through Strava.

I have tried logging in through IE, Edge, Chrome, iOS Safari, and iOS Chrome all with the same result.

I am extremely frustrated as I just want to see what I can do with my brand new 735XT!!

Any ideas?

    I've had this happening for a few days now. It happens in I.E Firefox and Chrome on sevceral PC's Some with an ad block installed and some without, even with Adblock disabled I only get the Blue Connect Screen with the 4 icons down the side, and nothing happens when the icons are clicked.

    So I decided to open up the Chrome inspector and have a look,, in the console window I discovered this

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()


    Looks to me that it's plainly a developer error

    I have the same problem

    I called them about this 3 weeks ago about this and they still have not done anything to help, I have called them once or twice a week to see how its going but yet no result, this is extremely unacceptable when I an trying to sell the Garming product and show them how good the website is!!!!

    Same problem

    Hello,
    I'm having same issue of blank page with my garmin account.
    However, when I try with another account (my wife) it works.
    I made this test with both account on same PC, same web browser, same internet access.
    I don't undertand why it doesn't work.

    I also have this problem - and have had it for more than a week now.

    Different computers - different access points - different browsers - all yield the same result. This must be a backend problem somehow

    At least - accessing some of the "pages" directly works - so I can edit/add workouts etc and sync them to the watch.

    These work for me:

    Thanks Baard - that's awesome. I have the same ones working/not working. But at least I can finally build some workouts and send to the watch.

    Connection to dashboard request a confirmation of full name and returns an error

    I get about the same, when I try to access my Dashboard, I get a panel requesting me to confirm my full name but when I do, it returns : "Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again later.".

    That has been going on for several days.
  • It's a generic response i received too.

    Here is the reply I received from Garmin support:
    "This issue is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a timeframe for this to be completed as yet.
    When the issue has been corrected, the fix will be released in a software update. This will be announced on your Garmin Connect account or on Garmin Express. If, at that point you require further assistance please contact us via our Contact Centre whereby we will be happy to talk you through it."


    Exact the same response i received ... it's a simple copy - paste for the same problem. Hope they come soon with a solution.

    Awful web app

    This has got to be the worst web app I have every tried to work with. I have owned Garmin GPS products for cycling. I currently use the Edge 1000. Every few years, I go back to Garmin Connect for various reasons and try to use it. It is complete garbage! The interface is not intuitive and very confusing. Compare Garmin Connect to Ride With GPS and you will immediately know what I am talking about. I love the Garmin products but Garmin just can't seem to get it together to have a decent one-stop web page. They have also made things even more confusing in the past by having different web pages and requiring different passwords for Basecamp, etc. Rather than wasting your time trying to use Garmin Connect, I suggest you try out another much easier app to upload and store your data to. Good luck!

  • Dashboard missing - no response since days ...

    Good morning Seilogramp, there is quite a large number of Garmin connect user who are pretty frustrated with responsiveness of Garmin support, issue is dragging along since weeks.

    Thanks for picking it up.

    Attached are two screenshots - "modern version" comes up blank as no dashboard can be found/ associated to my profile. It seems, Garmin would just have to "link" an empty dashboard back to our individual profile. In the "classic version", same issue. (no dashboard available, page is in German - error message says that page cannot be found).

    Does that make the issue clear?

    Garmin Connect totally blank and no support from Garmin

    I have exactly same issue since at least 3 weeks and I didn't get any reply from Garmin.:mad::mad::mad:

    What's going on?
