Garmin Connect dashboard totally blank

Hi

My Garmin Connect dashboard comes up completely blank. My devices are syncing their activities fine, and I can see through the iOS app and through Strava.

I have tried logging in through IE, Edge, Chrome, iOS Safari, and iOS Chrome all with the same result.

I am extremely frustrated as I just want to see what I can do with my brand new 735XT!!

Any ideas?

Thanks

Iain
  • That's normally caused by something blocking the download. Do you have any programs like Ghostery on your system? Try turning it off or any other ad blocking or any such software.
  • I have the same problem on different devices.

My work PC, my home PC (both win 10), my iPad and iPhone.

I feel like it relates to my profile somehow.

    Hi
I have the same situation over a week. Nothing helps - changing browser, computer, clearing cache etc.

Possibly, to resolve that you'll need to call Garmin Support.
  • Then as above, you'll need to call Garmin support if you're sure nothing on your PC is blocking the download.

Garmin support gives a standard reply and of course it doesn't solve the problem.
  • Here is the reply I received from Garmin's support:
"This issue is something that we are aware of and are working hard towards a resolution, however, we do not have a timeframe for this to be completed as yet.
When the issue has been corrected, the fix will be released in a software update. This will be announced on your Garmin Connect account or on Garmin Express. If, at that point you require further assistance please contact us via our Contact Centre whereby we will be happy to talk you through it."

  • There is a problem with firefox as they are blocking java now with the latest version, but mine works fine with chrome.

I think all browsers are going to get rid of java soon, so no idea how the website will function.
