I started tracking my time on my Treadclimber in Garmin Connect. I've been logging it as Cardio, but not sure if I should be logging it as walking or eliptical. Or maybe it doesn't matter? I would like to hear from others who also use a Treadclimber. I even started a group on Garmin Connect called The Tread Climbers hoping to attract others.
One is if you want to be able to filter it out from other types of cardio activies.
The other is the additional types of information that might be recorded other than time & heart rate.
With walk mode I don't know if the arm movements would be enough to show steps. I know they don't if you are pushing a shopping cart or the like.
If it does show steps then it will records steps and "distance" and "speed" However they would only be relative and not the same as from walking.
