trouble pairing watch to phone

i have problems with my new vioactive watch i reset the watch to factory defult now i cant get it to pair with my phone help.

This thread would do better in the mobile Connect sub-forum.

Make sure neither Connect nor your phone shows the VA. Restart your watch and your phone. Then try again.
