Error page after select "save as course"

Dear Sir/madam,

Few weeks ago after upload the activity and need to save as course the screen will appear an error page.

I'm getting these same type of error messages all over the Web UI. Looks like the old Classic UI nested inside the Modern frame, reporting an error.

Can wallacepapa_ and MARKBALLOU test it in a different browser?

Try Safari, Firefox and Chrome already, the problem still there.....
