Training Plan - HR Zones not set to correct range

I am using Garmin's HR training plan and have noticed that HR range listed for Z2 and Z4 in the Garmin Connect App do not match the range listed on the website User Settings...Training Zones... Device Settings... User Settings... Hear Rate Zones

Any ideas??

My conclusion is that operationally there is no actual problem.

It is an operational problem too. If I don't go into every workout and adjust one of the zone settings my watch will ignore my user heart rate settings and use the ones in the workout. It is incredibly annoying. You don't have to update every zone on the workout... if you just edit the workout, change one zone to something else(Z1 to Z2) and then change it back. You can then save the workout and all the zones will match your user setting HR's. If I don't do this for EVERY workout from a training plan my watch screams at me that I am doing the workout in the wrong zone.

Not so in my experience on my FR235.
