I've got the Garmin Connect Mobile (tm) Windows app installed. My Forerunner 235 is paired via Bluetooth. But the app has not synced in months; it does not Connect at all.
What is the secret to getting this to work? It is a total P.O.S.
My Forerunner 235 is paired via Bluetooth. But the app has not synced in months; it does not Connect at all.My experience using an FR235 with Garmin Connect Mobile running on a Lumia 532 was that from time to time it'd just cease being able to connect to the app (in spite of Windows‑10 Mobile reporting that the FR235 is connected to the handset using Bluetooth), and it took removing the FR235 from the app (and any remembered Bluetooth pairing for it in the operating system) and pairing it with the app anew, to get things working again.
What is the secret to getting this to work?
It is a total P.O.S.It isn't, when it works, and your personal frustration with it for the times when it does not do what you want is quite irrelevant. It's infinitely better than not having any app to provide connectivity on W10M at all, and that's more than can be said for, say, using TomTom wearable devices (and I used to have one).
