Garmin Connect and Mobile really flaky at the moment???

Hi all, I have had a Garmin Vivosmart HR for over 12 months, and in the past I have had forerunners and others. They have always just worked. But over the last month I am having an awful time with connectivity, the dashboard not working and for some reason I can sync all other activites but my running activities even though shown on my watch are just not syncing and I have to manually enter them. Is anyone else having the general sense that all of the systems are just really flaky at the moment? Thanks
