Activities Widget Issue on Dashboard

Hi All
I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue with the Activities Widget on the Dashboard page.
The last two days the map on the widget has dissappeared, as well as the segment icon, and been replaced with a heart rate graph.
Scrolling back, the map is still present for activities before the 2 days, and all is good on the full page of the activitiy
Is there anything I am doing or is the another little bug in connect?
  • (and not even an acknowledgement from Garmin re the problem!)
    Did you report the issue to Garmin using the official engagement channel?

    For the avoidance of doubt, that doesn't mean just making a post on a user-to-user forum for ‘discussion’ and expect Garmin to jump in. Whether that is your preferred channel is completely irrelevant.
  • I have reported it to Garmin via their support website this morning.
  • I'd say it'd be pretty slack of Garmin not to acknowledge your fault report within one business day, let you know in the case that it matches a known error in its database within two, or confirm whether its staff is able to reproduce the symptoms of the fault reported within three business days of having received your report.
  • This issue has been escalated and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
  • I got a response to my support request today from Garmin that I sent in yesterday before it was admitted there was a problem on the forum:

    "The potential workaround for this at the time being is to try a different web browser."

    Garmin - if you have a known issue (as per GarminBAB's post above) you might want to communicate that to your support team :rolleyes:

    I have the same problem. I prefer the map to appear.

    i've tried with IE, firefox and chrome all showing the same heart rate only... :p

    Same, tried 3 browsers same bad result....cannot stand bad answers from a support organization. What next everyone reboot their watches and their phones and their PCs...
  • Same issue here on all the browsers I have tried so far (4)!!!! The problem started this week as the activities from last week show up with the map display.
    Hope for a quick fix!!!!!

    actually the problem already started last week, my workout on Sunday already show heart rate only...
