Course reverses when made public

Seem to have an issue when i try and make courses public. When i click the lock icon and then reopen the course it is reversed. Any idea how to fix it. Have tried to then re-reverse it but it turns it into a private course and then we are back in the same loop.

Also get this message: You don't have permission to access "connect.garmin.com/.../minroute.faces" on this server.

The issue with the the start and end point of the course switching places when a course is made public is an issue that we are aware of. When the course is sent to the device the course start/end points display correctly.
