Unable to import data when HR involved

Help anyone?

I have tried everything, even reverting back to ANT agent and Training Centre - at least I can see my stuff there.

But Garmin Connect won't show runs if I am my HR monitor on. It works for runs without HR data.
I have even tried exporting from Training centre and uploading to Garmin Centre. When I try to upload file through GC website, (I have tried all formats) it uploads, but is not shown in activities.

Issues with import over last week

I have been manually importing .tcx files from TrainingPeaks and TrainerRoad. This is a feature I have consistently used over the past few months. Over the past week, it has stopped working.

After selecting file and clicking import, I receive an Import Complete. When clicking on the "View Details" link it brings me to the Activities page. Searching through the list, the imported entry is not present. All of my training is done with my HR monitor, so I cannot confirm this is the same issue yet. But it sounds very similar.
